Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak.
The most popular path on Kilimanjaro is the Machame route, often known as the “Whiskey” route. Machame’s allure is its picturesque beauty. The trek is considered rough, steep, and challenging, however unlike the typical 6-day hike, this 7-day hike allows you one extra day of acclimatization. As a result, this path is better suited for people who are more adventurous or have some high altitude, trekking, or backpacking expertise.
